UK hikes interest rates and warns of recession

The Bank of England has hiked the base rate of interest by fifty basis points to 1.75%. The UK's central bank also forecast that inflation will hit 13% this year and the country's economy will dip into recession in the fourth quarter. Julia Chapman has more.
