German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has slammed Russia over its refusal to take back a key turbine used to pump gas between the two countries.
In a visit to see the turbine, Scholz said there was no reason it shouldn't be put back into service on the Nord Stream 1 pipeline - which has seen its supply levels cut significantly in recent weeks.
