Queen to receive new PM in Scotland

Britain's next prime minister will travel to Scotland in order for the Queen to invite them to form a new government. The formality is normally conducted at Buckingham Palace, but the 96-year-old monarch is suffering from poor mobility. Julia Chapman has more from London.
