Japanese PM to take further action to clear ties with Unification Church

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is pledging to do more to clear up his political party's links with the controversial Unification Church.


The religious group has faced increasing scrutiny since it became a key focus in police investigations into the assassination of former prime minister Shinzo Abe last month.
