US President Joe Biden is touring parts of the state of Kentucky
devastated by flooding that killed at least 37 people.
It comes after the US Senate passed billions of dollars of funding to
help battle climate change - a big win for the Democratic president.
President Biden surveyed the flood damage and spoke to residents
affected by the flooding.
