Texas sues Biden Administration over post-Roe emergency abortions

Texas has sued the Biden Administration over a federal law that requires doctors to provide emergency medical care to patients - including abortions.

At least eight states, including Texas, have banned abortions since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last month.
