Parade shooter ‘seriously contemplated’ second attack: police

Officials say that the man accused of killing seven and injuring dozens more at a Fourth of July Parade near Chicago has admitted that he was the shooter and that he "seriously contemplated" shooting up another event.

Twenty-one-year-old Robert Crimo III (CREMO) was in court on Wednesday charged with seven counts of first-degree murder. But dozens of more charges are expected in the coming days.

Toni Waterman has more from the site of the shooting in Highland Park.
