Julian Assange submits request to appeal extradition to US

Julian Assange has officially asked to appeal the UK government's decision to extradite him to the US...at the High Court in London.

Last month, British Home Secretary Priti Patel approved an extradition request from US authorities for the Wikileaks founder.
