Hong Kong's new leader urges caution over easing COVID-19 rules

Hong Kong’s new leader, John Lee, says the government must take a cautious approach to relaxing its strict COVID-19 immigration rules. His comments come amid mounting pressure from the business community for quarantine measures and flight bans to be scrapped.
