The two remaining candidates in the race to be next UK Prime Minister are turning their focus to winning over Conservative Party members.
Foreign Secretary Liz Truss is promising an emergency budget to quickly cut taxes while former finance minister Rishi Sunak argues only he can win a general election.
Early polling suggests Ms Truss is more popular with party members - who will vote on who becomes their leader, and therefore Prime Minister.
But Conservative peer Lord Hayward says Liz Truss in particular has to perform in upcoming TV debates and hustings.
