JOHNSON UNDER PRESSURE AFTER BY-ELECTION DEFEATS

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's leadership is under renewed pressure after his Conservative Party lost two by-elections.

The Liberal Democrats took the Westminster seat in Tiverton and Honiton, while Labour won Wakefield.

It's led to the resignation of Conservative Party co-chairman Oliver Dowden.

Boris Johnson says his government will 'keep going'.

And Home Secretary Priti Patel says the government remains focused.
