HEATHROW AIRPORT TOLD TO CUT PASSENGER CHARGES

The Civil Aviation Authority has directed London's Heathrow Airport to start reducing passenger charges for airlines. The fees are usually used to cover operating costs at terminals - including baggage systems and security. Heathrow Airport had wanted to raise the average cost per passenger to cover future investment, but the CAA has refused. Laura Makin-Isherwood has more.
