G7 leaders agree to try and cap the price of Russia's oil exports

U.S. President Biden is in Europe where he's met with other Group of 7 nation leaders for talks.

They wrapped up Tuesday's meetings with an agreement on a temporary cap of prices for Russian oil, and to spend billions of dollars on food security.
