The European Union has adopted a sixth package of sanctions on Moscow, 100 days after the invasion of Ukraine.
The new restrictions include individual sanctions on people the bloc holds responsible for reported atrocities in Bucha, cutting Russia's biggest bank off from the SWIFT international payments system, and banning seaborne imports of Russian oil.
The sanctions were agreed at a political level among EU leaders earlier this week, but technical disagreements had to be overcome before the new measures could be formally adopted.
