Brittney Griner’s Russia detention extended by 6 months

Brittney Griner's Russian detention has been extended by another six months, pending the outcome of her trial which is scheduled to start on Friday.

The basketball superstar was arrested in mid-February for allegedly carrying vape cartridges containing cannabis oil.
