Biden to address nation, urge Congressional action on guns after latest attack in Tulsa

President Biden is urging Congressional action to tighten America's gun laws.


He'll address Americans on Thursday night, after yet another mass shooting…this time at a hospital In Tulsa, Oklahoma.


Four people were killed before a gunman bearing a grudge against the hospital and brandishing an AR 15 assault rifle also killed himself.


Wendell Franklin is Chief of the Tulsa Police Force.
