Angry parents in Uvalde, Texas are demanding answers as to why it took
the police nearly an hour and a half to reach the gunman after he
arrived at the school.
The 18-year-old suspect killed 19 children and 2 teachers - before he
was shot dead by police.
Meanwhile America's most powerful gun lobby - the National Rifle
Association - is holding its annual convention just a few hours away
from Uvalde.
Anti-gun protests are planned as NRA members gather to hear speeches -
include one from former president Donald Trump.
Activist Ashton Woods plans to be there to demonstrate.
