US denies it gave Ukraine intelligence targeting Moskva battleship

The White House is denying that US intelligence provided targeting information to the Ukrainians so they could sink Russia's warship, the Moskva, in the waters of the Black Sea last month.

The Biden administration also described as "irresponsible" published claims that the US provided Kyiv with information leading to the killing of a dozen Russian army generals.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki says intelligence IS shared with Ukraine in real time, but not with the kind of specificity the media reports have claimed.
