The Nigerian government has directed for train services to resume between the nation's capital Abuja and Kaduna state in the country's northwest on May 23rd.
Train services on the route were suspended in March this year after gunmen attacked a train, fatally shot at some passengers and kidnapped others, many of whom are still held hostage.
