President Biden is visiting the city of Buffalo in New York today…scene of the weekend's racially-motivated attack on a supermarket that left 10 people dead, most of them black shoppers.
An 18 year-old gunman who allegedly wrote a racist, white supremacist manifesto ahead of the attack, is facing charges of murder.
