Hong Kong eases COVID-19 rules in bid to save economy

Local businesses in Hong Kong are celebrating the relaxation of a range of COVID-19 rules.
The government says the city is recovering well enough from its most serious virus outbreak to ease the restrictions. But there are concerns the economy may take a while to recover. 
Richard Kimber reports from Hong Kong.
