A third possible case of monkeypox has been detected in the United States, with health authorities running tests on a patient in South Florida to confirm if they've contracted the virus.
At least a dozen countries, including the US, are investigating "atypical" outbreaks of the rare but potentially severe disease, typically found in remote parts of central and west Africa.
