U.S. Supreme Court to hear arguments in “Remain in Mexico” challenge

The U.S. Supreme court is set to examine whether the Biden Administration has the power to terminate a Trump-era immigration policy known as "Remain in Mexico."

Under the program, migrants seeking asylum must wait in Mexico while their case is being considered.
