Ukraine officials are warning of an imminent attack in the Eastern Donbas region.
The regional governor of Luhansk has urged civilians to leave as soon as possible.
There has been a reduction in the number of Russian troops in the area of Kyiv and in the North over the past few days.
But as of yet, there has not been an intensification of military action in the East.
