Russia has been accused of committing multiple war crimes during its invasion of Ukraine.
The Kremlin has continued to deny committing any war crimes in Ukraine.
The scenes pictured in the recaptured town of Bucha, just outside of Kyiv, have only amplified calls for Russian forces to be held to account.
But Helen Duffy, professor of Human Rights at the University of Leiden says prosecuting individuals will be difficult.
