Russian forces have been accused of killing civilians in Ukraine, following the recapture of Bucha a town just outside of Kyiv.
The Kremlin has denied that its military carried out any killings in the town.
But it's not the first instance that Russia has been accused of carrying out war crimes since it began its invasion of Ukraine.
Sonya Sceats is the CEO of the UK charity Freedom From Torture.
She says there are organisations in the UK waiting to help those who have been impacted.
But says the British government's visa programme has gotten in the way.
