Top UN diplomat says Ukraine humanitarian ceasefire not on the horizon

The UN's Emergency Relief Coordinator says humanitarian ceasefires are
not currently on the horizon in Ukraine.

Martin Griffiths says Russia is yet to agree to terms for any pause in
