One of the world's leading independent oil traders Vitol Group says it intends to stop trading Russian-origin crude oil by the end of the year. In emails to Bloomberg, a spokesperson is reported to have said the company expects volumes of Russian oil handled by the company to 'diminish significantly' in the second quarter - with contractual obligations completed by 2022.
