French president urges new sanctions on Russia after Bucha attack in Ukraine

The French president has denounced what he called "a war crime" in Ukraine, as he echoed international condemnation after the retreat of Russian forces in the town of Bucha led to the discovery of hundreds of civilian bodies.

"The images are unbearable. There is clearly suspicion of war crimes," Emmanuel Macron told French media on Monday.
