Fear of rate hikes and Russia sanctions spook investors

Wall Street posted some heavy losses Tuesday on fears the Federal
Reserve may move more aggressively on interest rates than previously
thought.

And traders digest the prospect of yet more sanctions put on Russia by
the US and its European allies.
