SUGGESTED LEAD
Democratic Republic of Congo President Felix Tshisekedi has signed the East African Community Treaty days after the DRC was admitted into the Community.
The DRC becomes the 7th member of the EAC block…the rest are Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan and Burundi.
