Zelensky accuses Russians of war crimes in Mariupol

Ukrainian officials say at least 8 people were killed when Russia shelled a residential area of the capital Kyiv overnight and obliterated a shopping center on the city's outskirts.


The Black Sea port of Odesa was also shelled by Russian naval forces…as Putin's army tightened its grip around the besieged city of Mariupol where humanitarian relief organizations say catastrophe is now developing.


President Zelensky accused the Russians of war crimes there.


Andriy Zagorodnyuk is Ukraine's former defense minister and a current adviser to the country's vice prime minister.
