Venezuela release 2 US nationals after countries reassess oil relationship

Venezuela has released two Americans after US officials made a rare
trip to the country to discuss their release.

It comes as the Biden administration looks at ending Venezuelan oil
sanctions after it banned imports of Russian energy.
