U.S. Congress passed $1.5tr funding bill with Ukraine support

US lawmakers have passed a $1.5 trillion dollar funding bill, which
includes more than $13 billion to help Ukraine.

The agreement narrowly averts a shutdown this weekend, keeping the
government funded until September.
