The fate of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv hangs in the balance, after the Russians warned they are about to launch a ferocious military onslaught on the city…but US officials say they believe Russia's army is running out of fuel, food and even motivation for the fight.
The Russians did attack the main TV tower in Kyiv today….a Ukrainian landmark.
At least 5 people were killed in that assault and it took Ukrainian television off the air.

At the European Parliament today….President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Vladimir Putin of war crimes last night in the northeastern city of Kharkiv.
