UK foreign minister defends call not to introduce a no-fly zone, says sanctions are having impact on Russia

The UK has announced its six-point plan to tackle the Russian aggression in Ukraine.


It's a plan that involved increasing humanitarian and military support for those impacted and further economic sanctions against Russia.


Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has called for NATO forces to introduce a no-fly zone over Ukraine.


UK foreign secretary James Cleverly says introducing a no-fly zone would lead to an all-out war between NATO and Russia.
