The chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan Gen. Abdel Fattah Abdelrahman Al – Burhan has held bilateral talks with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.
President Museveni reiterated the need for the formation of a neutral interim government in order for peace to return to Sudan.
