Oil prices soar to near all-time high as US, Europe consider Russian import ban

Brent crude oil prices soared close to an all-time high on Monday as the United States and Europe consider banning imports of Russian crude. 

There's also growing uncertainty over whether Iranian oil will return to the market and add to global supply.
