Japan says North Korea ICBM launch raises threat level

Japan's Defence Minister Nobuo Kishi said Friday that North Korea's launch of a new type of intercontinental ballistic missile has elevated the security threat level.

His comments come after Pyongyang test-fired a missile believed to be its most advanced to date.
