Hong Kong health chiefs say COVID-19 outbreak may have peaked

Hong Kong’s health authorities say the city’s COVID-19 outbreak may have reached its peak, and that daily case numbers and deaths should soon start to come down. But the government says it’s too early to relax the city’s strict travel restrictions.
