Big gains on Wall Street as traders monitor Ukraine talks

There were big gains for the U.S. markets Tuesday as traders monitored
negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.

And it was a good day for Covid-19 vaccine makers following regulatory
approval for a fourth shot.
