Zelensky: 137 Ukrainians dead after first day of Russian assault

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky says at least 137 Ukrainians are dead following the first day of the Russian assault.

Earlier, the Biden administration announced more sanctions on Moscow as a result of the decision to invade.


FSN's Washington correspondent Simon Marks says the US has decided not to sanction Russian president Vladimir Putin or members of his inner circle for the time being.
