US National Guard prepare for DC trucker protests

The US is aiming to deploy 700 National Guard to Washington DC to
counter a trucker protest planned to coincide with President Joe
Biden's first State of the Union Speech.

The trucker-led convoy, inspired by the recent Canadian
demonstrations, plans to protest against Covid-19 restrictions.
