UN chief condemns Russian invasion of Ukraine

The United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has condemned
the invasion of Ukraine and urged President Putin to pull back his
troops.

He said any military incursion into another country ran counter to the
UN charter.

Guterres said it was something not seen on the European continent for
many years.
