Rebels in a self-declared autonomous region of eastern Ukraine have accused Kyiv of shelling villages.
Pro-Russian separatists in Luhansk claimed the Ukrainian army fired at them….Kyiv denies it….and says the separatists were the only ones doing the shooting.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson says the incident was an effort by the Russians to create a pretext to invade Ukraine.
