In dramatic late-night speech, Zelensky tells Ukrainians to brace for war

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin has now approved plans to launch a full-scale invasion of his country.

In a speech to the Ukrainian people, he urged them to brace for an attack, and said he had not been able to reach the Russian leader by phone on Wednesday.

The White House is refusing to comment on whether plans have been made to provide security arrangements for the Ukrainian leader in the event of an invasion.
