Hong Kong set for mass compulsory city-wide COVID-19 testing

Hong Kong is planning multiple rounds of city-wide compulsory mass testing in a bid to curb a growing outbreak of COVID-19. The government says anyone who tests positive will then be isolated to break community transmission chains. But some health experts say a full city lockdown is needed.
