French President Emmanuel Macron is set to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on February 7. President Macron's office said the French leader will then travel to Ukraine the following day for further talks with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The meeting comes amid tensions along Russia's borders with Ukraine that have sparked a crisis in relations between Moscow and NATO allies, including France and the United States.
