Former US President Donald Trump must testify under oath as part of an investigation into his business practices.
That's according to a judge's ruling on Thursday, as the New York state looks into allegedly "fraudulent or misleading" valuations of his assets — like golf courses and skyscrapers — in order to secure loans and tax benefits.
