Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has invoked the country's Emergencies Act in an effort to clear the streets of Ottawa of protestors who have besieged the Canadian capital.
He says the so-called "Freedom Convoy" is "illegal and dangerous", and requires the use of emergency measures to restore order.
